What is a good artefact to diet enough to drop 60 lbs in about 5-8 months? I also run and workout I wanna lose 26.5 percent of my body fruitful [240 lbs = current weight]

Losing 26.5% of your body fruitful is HUGE!! That will not be easy or quick. How often do you run, how do you workout? What is your diet? That makes all the difference. You should be doing cardio at small 30 mins nonstop, at small 5 life out of the hebdomad - every period if you can. You should hit a good coefficient lifting program in place (I recommend the book, the Hard Body Plan, by Mens Fitness - its awesome), 5-6 life a week. You fasting will requirement to be very disciplined-high protien/high complex carbs. 8 months is approximately 32 weeks, so that is roughly 2 lbs a week. Its doable, but you will requirement to work your butt off and not slack. Stay on track, meet disciplined. If you slack in any of the 3 areas (cardio, weights, diet) you haw not make it. With the coefficient training, you haw not seem to be losing coefficient if you are only weighing yourself on a scale - but you are burning fruitful and gaining hooligan - hooligan weights more than fruitful - so it haw not materialize you are losing a lot of weight, but you are losing body fat.
