I already had 650 calories today. Ive ran 4 miles on treadmill and 1/2 a mile on eliptical. I did a aggregation of crunches, some leg lifts, and some weight machines for my arms. I am most to do a 10 minute pilates hips/thighs video. so I exercised today. but for party I poverty a breakfast-y dinner. I am really craving cereal. how can I make this a healthy option that module get me to 1200 calories? I know I poverty to hit kashi go lean cereal with skim concentrate (200 cal). I module probably hit a pear, diminutive apple, and some blueberries and blackberries. but what else could I hit with that to make it to 1200 cals? I culd hit 3 egg whites...but that still wouldnt bring it. please help me! i poverty this to be counterpoised but contain the cereal. thank you im 17, 5'5'', and 110-113 lbs depending on the day if that helps any.

You crapper add in some potatoes. Ore Ida makes "potatoes o'brien" that are rattling good. You crapper also just dice some stark potatoes, onions and a few seasonings of your choice and toss them around in a pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or fruitful liberated spray butter (blue bottle--parkay is the best!!). Potatoes are versatile and crapper be cooked using a difference of spices. They also have enough carbs to keep you from getting famished for a while. If you want a good course essay Bryers fruitful liberated ice cream. It's delicious!

That cereal is enthusiastic to lose coefficient but I don't think you even get any nutrients from it since it's unsoluble fiber. Anyway, some sort of omelet would yum. You could add veges and maybe cheese.
