I have a difficulty with ''going'', I can barely ''go'' all week. My stomach is bloated 24/7 and hard sometimes. I've been drinking water and prune juice (with added fiber) but that didn't help at all. I've had a regularity difficulty for almost a month. Would Activia help me?

I've never had it, but I've heard that you might as substantially eat regular yougurt. There is null rattling special about it.
