mmmhhhhh smores poptarts! never proven them! but they sound so good! and so fatty! ok, poptarts have heaps of calories. you know what? this is what i do sometimes. i cud the tasteful food, and i ness it out,. im not lean eaither, perfect;y healthy. see, my dads company erst dispatched us this massive collection of fling food erst christmas (really flamboyant stuff too) and i was the only one who intellection "mmhh tasty" so instead of swallowing i spat it. and i gained NO weight.

No, you'd be fine. here's the thing - diets are guidelines. If you revilement out everything you enjoy, then you wouldn't stick to it at all. Use the poptart as your one, routine cheat. As long as you're staying active, watching your other calories, and bright with your the results of your fasting and lifestyle, eat 'em!
