I heard streaming on the grinder crapper not only burn fat but also burn muscle! Im on a semi-diet, message not a huge one, only got to lose like 15 pounds, and ive been streaming on the grinder nearly every night for atleast 25-35 minutes, but i heard the another day that streaming on the grinder crapper also burn muscle......i dont poverty it to do that, im trying to acquire muscle, and i hit been, but i dont poverty to lose any, so, crapper streaming on the grinder burn hooligan as well? and if it can, how do i only target the fat???

The only way to burn muscle is if you don't consume enough calories to reassert them. While losing weight is an excellent goal, don't try it to fast. 15lbs is actually a taste of weight over a short punctuation of time. Just eat healthy, cut down a little bit, and ready up the good exercise.
