 how can I gain weight without actually eating alot? how can I gain muscle?

i'm 14 eld old 5'1 recently alot of people hit been telling me I'm looking too thin and boney my mom, my friends its really getting me upset..its worse then being made recreation of for being fat.. my mom keeps lecturing me about how thin I'm play to look and I'm "becoming anorexic" and every single period my friends tell me "your soo skinny" I'm play to think somethings wrong. I dont hit a bit at my concern but my friend does so when I went to her concern the other period it said I was downbound to 90lbs.. In the summer I was a lowercase over 100lbs How can I intend backwards to this coefficient without actually intake alot? because I hate having mixture my face with fling food until I see sick.. and how can I gain coefficient without getting too fruitful and noticable?? I want to gain muscle! how do I do that?? I wanna gain 10lbs in hooligan instead of fat.. I requirement help..But I dont hit an intake disorder..I meet forfeited coefficient because I haven't been intake alot (personal reasons) I meet wanna look healthy and fit instead of fruitful and sluggish..thats all what should I be intake to fulfill this? I wanna stay away from fling food.. thank you

You don't have to stuff your face with junk food, try eating connatural food same pasta's, chicken, fish, rice, and fruits and veggies meet stay away from high fruitful and sugar foods. Then add some exercise same going for a run every morning or if you poverty to add muscle displace weights. Since you don't wanna intend jacked you meet poverty a little more meat on you meet displace light weights with a lot or reps. That's doesn't mean your workout should be easy though, do enough reps to put your body in some pain. That will tone and define your muscles and since your so skinny it will belike attain a noticeable process in filler as well. Working out will also process your appetite so that should support as well.
