 About crapulence after gym?

i heard that dont drink immediately after gym ,you module get back the water you lost and gain weight ? is that ture? in ultimate word ,is drink water immediately after gym module make grouping fat ? or how long should i wait to drink

won't make you fat, water weight isn't bad weight. However not hydrating is pretty unhealthy

Water will never attain you gain fat. Ever. It has zero calories. And whether or not you "need" to ingest after a workout depends entirely on the kind of workout you're doing. If you're lifting heavy for 45 transactions you don't lose a very significant turn of liquid compared to if you had just finished a three hour raise with 30kg on your back. Go by how you feel, and ingest as much liquid as you poverty - it cannot attain you fat. A lot of sodium in your fasting crapper cause you to retain liquid and crapper cause the appearance of having put on a little fat, however. So the respond to that is check the turn of salt in your diet. Hope this helped

Drinking liquid will not make you fat! It's stupid not to ingest liquid after an intense gym session, sure if you ingest a lit re of liquid you'll coefficient 1kg more than you did before you drank it, but that's liquid not fruitful and it's unhealthy to be dehydrated (which is what you'll be after your gym session). Water contains 0 calories, so your body cannot break the rules of thermodynamics and lay downbound fruitful just because you drank water. REPEAT AD FINITUM!
