ok, sooo I'm 13, 5'5" and matter 163 lbs.. I'm disagreeable to get downbound to 135 lbs in about 19 weeks. What should i eat for breakfast ? lunch ? dinner ? and for snacks in between the day ? I go to school from 8:15am-1:35pm monday-friday. when should i workout for my schedule ? and what should i do for training ? i springy near a beach, hit a bike, and don't hit some Equipment... can you help ? Thaaanks (:

Work out- don't cheat on your diet. Don't take really high in fruitful stuff. It isn't about skipping meals, because if you do, you WILL meet acquire the weight back. Diets don't work. You have to adjust you're life style. Like, don't take when you aren't hungry. Eat small portions, and eat alot of greens. Greens help you lose weight. (: Or you could ever be snacking on somthing small and healthy. That's ever good for you. I suggest not eatting large meals- meet snack all day. That's what the french do. Well they have their big meal at meal instance instead of dinner. That's ground they are all so skinny- er used to be. (not anymore bc of mcdonalds and stuff) substantially good luck. (:
