 What should i be eating?

I'm a teenager i have to cook for myself most days. I fuck fried chicken, fruits and vegetables. What should i keep on hand so i don't take that whole carton of ice cream? I'm taking a dance class with my best someone and would like to start eating health and exercizing again. I don't need to loose weight i am rattling small already. (: Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Snacks? Thank youu.

Breakfast-Kashi cereal w/ meal and soymilk or 2 foodstuff on toast w/ soymilk Lunch-Lean chicken/turkey/ham w/ brown rice or wild rice and lots of veggies on top Dinner-Similar to lunch Snacks- Almonds Cashews Walnuts PB Sandwich Glass of soy milk any fruits Some cereal

Oatmeal and other whole grain cereal, Kashi dry cereal is good, an occasional egg and toast for breakfast. Lunch ..a romain lettuce salad with tomato, spinach leaves, a hard boiled egg, and diced cheese. Supper..pan cooked salmon, vegetables, fruit, milk...etc. Just mix the diet up, alternate every three days something different. It sounds same your already on the right track. Just likewise such cooked chicken is not good. Break it up with a lean dud burger or some type of fish, or a small sirloin burger, or small tenderloin. Good Luck
