how were your intake patterns? i training but i have pain with intake the correct way or how ofttimes or if i should count calories...

Well this summer I've been working alooot, like 27-37 hours a week which involves a few onerous lifting and a lot of moving around and standing, so my legs actually seem to be skinnier, kinda muscular but not in like a gross way haha! & I've just cut down eating too much, I still have snacks here and there, and ingest loooooooooots of water!
