haha your not suppose to lose that much weight that fast its crazy unhealthy but if u want an answer, alright since its summer, go in a car invoke on the bullet and close all the doors and do pushups over and over, youll sweat so much and lose quite a bit of weight but erst again its not healthy

I don't poverty to sound mean or anything but it's unwholesome to lax more than 2 pounds a week. If you poverty to lax 10 pounds it'll take around 5 weeks or so. Loosing anything more than 2 pounds a week is dangerous.
