1-2 super scoop of each: grapes, strawberries, pinapple 1 piece of 80 calorie whole wheat bread All natural crunchy peanutbutter(on the bread) 4 pieces of orbit gum 2 pieces of french bread with butter and flavoring salt/powder(idk which my mom made it) 2 scoops of homemade alfredo-parmesian food (the food was like digit inches long and had a hole in the region and pretty big. idk what that's called) LOTS of water ran 1 mile about ot separate another. 5'8"-ish 165lbs 14 years old OH I forgot, and 1 can vegetarian vegtable soup. Campbells I think. Ram: Yesh I made trusty I was famished at the time + this was throughout the entire day, so it's not like it was all at digit time.

You did take today...but i wouldn't say a lot. Most of the food is rattling healthy which I meet cancel out :P I conceive its a well balanced diet you had today and with the exercise its meet the cherry on top. Your diet could be such much such worse. No worries good job hun :) ps gum doesn't calculate ;)

Hey, No you didn't eat too unhealthy, you meet ate too much food. There is a disagreement between unwholesome matter and healthy food. Most of the matter you ate is actually quite healthy, they meet contain too some carbohydrates which if you don't exercise at all, will attain you gain weight. But yea, you ate quite a lot, not that unwholesome though. Hope this helps!
