Losing weight (fat) and fast don't do in the same sentence. It's not possible to retrograde fruitful and keep it off in a short amount of time, unless you take a limb. It's healthy to retrograde 1-3lbs a week. You crapper do this by restricting your calorie intake to around 1400-1500 (no less, otherwise your body module think you're starving it, and it module cling onto all the fruitful it can), and exercising for 30 minutes a day. Try aerobic exercises same swimming, jogging, boxing, dancing or cycling. They get your heart beating and fruitful burning. Also, try eating 5-6 diminutive meals a day. This keeps your metabolism running, and your body fully energised. Don't eat anything deep fried, sugary or salty. Don't have chips, cookies, soda or fruit juices (fruit juices include all the calories of a heap of fruit, without the vitamins). Good luck.
