hello, i 12 years old and i poverty to lose wieght. im 5'6 and 125 pounds at my school i intend called tubbie and fruitful and when i do my workout at home some times i see my fruitful jiggiling can some support me with what i should do im feat to cap next week and poverty to have lost atleast 7 pounds i know im me but i would feal alot better if i was skinnier.

are u trusty ur 5'6??? becuase i have a someone thats 12 and shes also 5'6 but shes 140 pounds and she's superr skinny beacuse shes really tall and im 13 and im 120 pounds and im 5'3 and im not even that fat( i endeavor a lot of sports so i guess i have a lot of muscle mass) soo u might be a lot shorter than u think u are or u just have no muscle at all anyway, i tryed to lose weight too so completly revilement out every fats and junk matter and workout a lot

I doubt you would want to lose weight. You weigh 125 and are 5'6" so it's a good thing for you. Just eat 1200-1500 calories a day. Exercise 1 hour to 2 hours a day. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies when you are hungry and eat 1 per meal. Drink only water. Take out all the fling food in your life.

Your weight is fine. Call me and I'll punch anyone else who calls you fat in the face. But if you do poverty to retrograde weight, losing 7 pounds in a hebdomad is not verry healthy, its better if you retrograde weight over time. Just eat flourishing and be active :)
