I don't know if I requirement to retrograde weight but I rattling poverty to because half the clothes I like don't fit me at all.They make me look super fruitful and I rattling hate it.I LOVE to separate but I live on a busy street,so I cant rattling go on the road without an adult or another friend.I don't do some sports but I used to do soccer and still squawk the soccer ball around with my little brother.But I crapper NEVER get fit.Please tell me if you conceive I requirement to retrograde weight and how to do it.And I do take flourishing so no diet plans please,Thanks. Im 13 too, i matter 100, but im 5'0, its becuz were ontogeny rapidly, were getting into that age. and depends what your height is. No need to retrograde weight hun.

I conceive it's more important for you to be more physically fit than worrying most weight, but your a someone so :p To answer your questions: You exclusive need to lose weight if YOU aren't happy with your appearance. How to do it is different for everyone. But i mean some pretty base rules could be: Not eating at period etc. If your eating flourishing then basically conceive of it in calories. Hun your only 13. Do not diet or anything, your still growing, and dieting will affect your growth, maybe go for a walk each day, or a jog. You could get a friend to do it with you, or join a sports team. Dont vexation too much about your weight at 13 though. Your weight will modify out as you get taller and acquire muscles.
