If you're disagreeable to build hooligan you requirement to take a calorie surplus every azygos day. Perhaps even more on the life you go to the gym as you'll be burning calories that would be used to increase mass otherwise.

If you are trying to lose weight you subtract 500 and if you are trying to gain weight you add 500. If you want to reassert your aforementioned body weight don't subtract or add anything but make sure that your accelerator intake is enough to build muscle. Here is a estimator so you can see how some calories you are supposed to take in per day. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macronutcal.htm Btw, don't only countenance at your calories, make sure these calories are from healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, angle meats, fish, etc.
