 Good diets and impact outs that actually work?

I have tried a few diets and i haven't gotten any results. And i want to retrograde weight in my legs and stomach. Anyone know any good diets and impact outs that would help me retrograde a few pounds?

Maybe you're not counting calories correctly. You need a deficit of 3500 calories per hebdomad to retrograde 1 pound. That's 500 calories per period to retrograde weight. I am 16 years old and I am doing the HCG diet. Where I live you can just buy HCG drops at the topical grocery store. You verify the drops fifteen minutes before every meal. I hit been loosing 2 lbs a period for 2 weeks now. I fuck the results but you hit to study the HCG plan and you can only eat 500 calories a period so it is hornlike but the results are great. Diets don't support because your body goes into "starvation mode". and conserves all the fat you got.
