Okay so at the end of the 8th grade there is feat to be a graduation. And we basically have to dress a dress. We want to look our best by the end of may in 2011.. My friends and I were planning on losing weight throughout that time period. We module move when school starts. We module be intake 1200 calories and exercise for one hour and cardinal minutes monday finished friday. My concern is if we module be healthy to not cheat on your dieting.. How can we all stay loyal to this? I weigh 136 and my height is 4'3. Is it doable for us to retrograde 40 pounds from September-May and not acquire the weight back? Lol yes 5'3!!! Haha sorry!! :)

Either eat more calories or workout less because your plan is too drastic/unhealthy. If you do only eat 1200 calories a period then workout no more than 4 days a week for no more than 1 hour. If you want to workout every period for 1 distance and thirty minutes mon thru fri then i would eat 1700 calories a day. It is possible to retrograde that much weight, just attain sure you eat flourishing (lots of fruits and veggies, accelerator with every meal, and dont eat fling food) And i adopt u meant to say u were 5'3 rite?
