I Will Giv U My Eatinq Schedule: Breakfast Sometimes Mickie,D'S , lunch Fast Food And Dinner Chicken Wit Rice, Or W.E My Mom Cooks For Me, And I Eat Ice Cream Every Day 3 Times A Day, Please Tip's! Oh And Please Come Up With A Schedule Foe Mee, I Need It And The Excersice, O And I'm 13 And Not FAT!,Lol Serious!

First you learn how to spell it. Weight. There. Okay, you won't lose such in just 4 days. Probably...four pounds at the most if your earnest about it. Eat healthier, no junk food! (that effectuation no more mcdonalds for breakfast and no alacritous food for lunch. Your having too such in one day) small portioned meals. Exercise for 30 or 40 transactions every morning.

This reeks of troll. To answer your question: => Use regular capitalization. No concern how much of a rush you are in, this is horrible. It makes me rattling pissed. You poverty help? Try not to piss another people soured before they support you out. => I have no freaking evidence what in the hell 'waitt' is. Whatever that is, I wish you retrograde it & your horrible spelling and grammar with it. ===> To retrograde coefficient (which I suspect your original question was) stop existence such a f**king fata**. McDonald's & cover toiletries does not coequal coefficient loss. It equals coefficient gain. Tell your mom your intentions. Hopefully she can wallop whatever sense into you while she's helping you. you good really naive. seriously. no choler though :) the thing is, if you want to lose WEIGHT, not waitt, nix the cover toiletries and fast food. okay? okay. if it's that hard, when you hit a burger, get a bunless veggie burger. when you want cover cream, choose icy yogurt. better yet, get whatever firm fruits and veggies for lunch, and hit nonfat plain food for desert. Breakfast - firm fruits, carrot, and celery smoothie. I do it every the time. hit whatever nonfat, non dulcify food too. Lunch - firm salad, rattling little dressing, dead nothing deep fried or sprayed in salt. Dinner - cowardly and rice is dustlike (but i'm vegetarian, which by the way are healthier. but I do it for animal rights.) but use brown rice instead of white, and don't hit deep fried chicken. grilled. dessert - strawberries and yogurt. or bananas and yogurt. whatever. exercise: separate a mile in at most 12 minutes. then, do 50 proper pushups, plank holds, etc. but why did you even ask a question on yahoo answers? this is so stupid, seriously. you wanted a schedule, and I gave you digit because you earnestly don't seem to know anything. compassionate if that sounded mean. but basically, stick to that, nix the junk, and do the two replacements I said at the crowning if you really can't stick to it. if there are no results, it's because you caved on the plan.
