I highly doubt it. Too much sugar can cause diabetes, but if you aren't in the warning stages for that (and aren't overweight), you probably didn't hit TOO some donuts! ;) Plus, your embody completely regenerates its cells every 7 years. "It is true that all cells in the human embody are replaced over a period of roughly seven eld (the cells in your clappers take longest, living for up to 10 years). It is perhaps misleading to say that your embody "regenerates", as it is not a full process of actively renewing your body, but simply a result of the fact that every cell in your embody has a limited lifespan and, when it dies, module be replaced. This process of replacing cells, while remarkably complex and fascinating, is not perfect. The replaced tissue module include small errors due to this imperfection, which is the reason that we age. Increasing the rate of tissue damage (the rate at which cells requirement to be replaced) by such things as smoking, drinking, danger to environmental pollution etc all accelerate this process." Do you undergo how some people are in their 40's and eat donuts and candy and chips every day? Yes, they're not in best health, what I'm saying is how much better off you are for being flourishing at age 14! Keep taking tending of yourself and you should be golden! Good for you!
