i'm 5'3, and 140 pounds. im 14. i undergo i shouldn't be worried about my weight, but i am. im sick of being known as the girl that's bigger than everyone else. I don't poverty to be a little stick but i just poverty to get red of my stomach. crapper anyone help me or give me tips?

i'm 5'5 and im around 120 pounds, probably cause im rattling tall. but other than that... mostly puberty haha. essay to do hullahoops, i do that a lot and it helps me burn my calories, or separate on the tredmill. essay doing whatever stretches, balance and muscle. maintan on your foods, dont eat as much as you usally do .. ( dont intend a eating disorder ! ) essay eat upbeat foods with fiber and accelerator in it, and vitamins. essay intend into more activities in your school or community,

You aren't big at all.. & I know it's terrible when everyone is smaller than you etc. But you do realise some girl crapper be TINY but you might actually be more attractive. Lose weight because you poverty to look good for yoU! NOt them. Just workout 5-6 days a week. Go walking, jogging or bike if you are keen. Try cut discover as such bad matter as you can. :) Drink water.. every day haha. you will retrograde weight fast!! :D
