 How can I lose 20 lbs Weight in one month? plss?

I am 16 eld old. I am 6'5 and weigh 250 pounds. I work out 4 nowadays a hebdomad because im on the sport team. My eating schedule is not great. Can anyone provide me some ideas on how to lose 20 pounds in a month or so?

here is what i do and it works for me. drink digit cup of naif coffee in the morning and 1 cup naif tea in the salutation and before feat to bed. in between take apples and digit tiny portion but full nutrition so you're health doesn't go with the pounds. 4 sets of 25 push up, 4 sets of 25 sit ups and 4 sets of 25 squats.
