i am 14 years older primed to go to high school with a bang ..IF i have whatever abs!!!! i proven dieting , goin to the gym, excercisin at home etc. i proven 2 programs that has support me a lowercase so far... i proven 8 min abs and enarthrosis hop abs...i started enarthrosis hop abs but dont wager whatever results (before u say anything i hav been dieting at the aforementioned time) ...what r whatever other programs i can use to excercise AT HOME!!!!

Dudee, I'm a 14 assemblage old chicken and I just startd high school, I'm kinda same a jock. So I am bounteous on the full excercise thingg. Just do a lot of set ups and crunches. Do upside down set ups. And You should be good. I undergo I am more attracted to guys who are athletic and hit a healthy physique.. Soo Good luck dude! (:

if you want slim toned firm abs like a track runner, you do daily crunches followed by bicycles, 1 or 2 sets with as many reps you crapper do(to failure). if you want chizzled 6 pack abs like a embody builder, you do daily crunches and bicycles with weight behindhand your neck. each ordered you drop weight gradually, drop 50% after the first 6-8 reps or so and continue, than after the next what ever reps you've done drop every weight and keep on going than erst your completely whipped out start into a plank position and hold it for 1 minute. 5 minutes rest, repeat this entire cycle next ordered than you're done, and give your abs 2-4 days to heal, do it again.
