I weight 190 and I'm 5'7 woman btw. Also i'm 18 I requirement to lose about 50 pounds. So farther i been eating healthy which no fling food whatsoever. But i do plan to eat once a week exclusive one fling food or fastfood. I have a weightwatchers near my house. Its like a ten minute achievement not rattling far. I was thinking should i join? would it support me? If you joined what was your experience? I live in California. So how such would it be? Every month? some advice i apprecaite.
