so i used to weigh 161 and my bmi is 29.3. I started to count calories and went on a 1600 calorie diet. I also started an 8 week running thing. it has been a week and i have lost four pounds. i know you should exclusive retrograde 2 pounds a week. so what happend? my mom says it may be liquid weight. what is that. also i am 15

Thats beatific its working. As long as your eating flourishing and enough. When your younger you usually lose weight faster. At small thats what my mom would verify me. Keep it up. I'm doing the same thing. So far i feel better. :).
