 I hate exercising! how can i obligate myself to exercise?

ok i wanna retrograde weight. i'm girl,14,5'4 or 5'5(not sure) and 125 pounds(not trusty either). i'm eating completely healthy but i don't exercise. i hate exercising! i don't wanna go outside of my house so other grouping won't see me. i undergo it sounds crazy and maybe stupid. and i undergo that you're gonna tell me "you shouldn't tending most the others opinions" but it's most this. in digit week i will start my dancing class again. it's 2 hours every week but it's not enough (i think). the problem is that i don't undergo what exercises to do inside my house, without some equipment to retrograde fat. my goal was to do 100 crunches every day and i succeed but that's all. it's not that i don't same exercising. i just don't undergo what exercises to do! do you hit some ideas? oh also i'm very intense at sports and to pass gym for next school assemblage i hit to improve my endurance or whatever. i don't undergo how to do that and i don't even undergo what it is. the teacher told me to work on it in the summer but i forgot :/ thnx

you hafve to promise your self a huge reward after a certain ammount of pounds lost. manoeuvre and keep track of how such u lose and tell your parents what your doing. ask them for same a new camera or phone or ipod to encourage u to defect calories. i did that, eliminate i did it with my grades. it sounds to simple and dumb, right? well i thought it was to but i went up from all c's to all b's and a few a's!! trust me honey it entireness and you dont even hit to conceive most it after awhile. u get so hypnotized into a rountine of a recreation excise and its great. yes crunches arent even that productive. i suggest using a small yoga ball (get a delivery ball if u can theyre amazing) and do cruunches on that and their not a tiring. try doing yoga, cuz it does training u alittle and calm u downbound and relive stress so maybe essay this site if u poverty to-http://www.holisticonline.com/yoga/hol_yoga_pos_home.htm scrolll a lil downbound and do the poses if u can. also essay diversion at home, maybe just practicing and practicing once u get into your collection will defect some fat. i also dont conceive your that heavy. i hit a friend and she weighs 140 and shes 12. but ya noi get why your upset. i really wish it entireness out for you!!!!

There are many things you can do. You need to star thinking right of the box. You dont hit to be doing crunches or pushups to be exercising. Anything that is getting yoru center evaluate up for an extended turn of time is exercise. Take your canid for a brisk walk, endeavor tag with your kids, take a swim, workout with a friend.
