when i separate on the elliptical i hit a hornlike time, i hit the resistance on 15(only goes up to 20) But i need to lose 30 pounds by christmas >:(! & no, i don't poverty to gain muscle either, i poverty to look thinner... not muscular. i coefficient 129.7 pounds right now, for the last 3 life i've ran 10 minutes on the eliptical tiwce, and i destroyed 215 calories apiece time, so apiece period i destroyed 430 calories by running. I additional my bmr, and 430, and too away the calories from food, and apiece period i've destroyed over 1,200 calories. I weigh myself and i'm ease the same... not modify a .1 modify or anything... What am i doing wrong? Is it meliorate to separate for 30 minutes, or 30 minutes, take 5 minute brake inbetween apiece 10 minutes? I get tired to easily on it, and poverty to get of the secound i start running, but i crapper bare with 10 minutes. Am i modify burning any calories by streaming 10 minutes 3 times???.. help me please, thanks. And by the way i'm really short like 4'9 or 4'8, so don't say 129.9 pounds is small, drive it isn't for my height.

Well, if you never said what it was you're eating...that's a hugggeee part in losing weight. Better to separate 30 w/o a break, but 3x10 module work, too. If tired, reduce status from 15 to lower #. Of instruction you'r executing cals @ 10 min x 3, that's why you'r tired. If you'r that tired, you'r prob not exertion very intensely and thence executing less cals than it feels like. What's wrong may be the calculations. Highly unlikely you burn 1,200 cals per day if I see you: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/exercise/SM00109 : Cals destroyed in 1 hr by 160 lb mortal doing low impact aerobics [cardio]: 365. So for that mortal @ 1/2 hr = abt 182 cals; subtract for wt diff, you prob burn abt 140 cals. [Cals destroyed in 1 hr by 160 lb mortal running at 8 mph: 986] Add bod wt for you bc you'r prob drinking more water which is good. 1 qt = 2 lbs; and you'l neccessarily hit to add some muscle to exercise; and you'r bones module prob be getting more dense due to the wt bearing exercise, assuming your diet is optimized, which is good. So keep up w/ the cardio, making the necc adjustments If there's any pain, refrain, use your brain.
