not really. I'm 14 years old. I'm almost 5'8. And I'm 111 pounds. I'm 15 pounds inderweight. u crapper wager some of my ribs im too skinny. after i counted calories i got addicted to it and now i just take anyhting so i hit to wager a counselor. I also when from a 3 in pants to a 0 in 1 month. PLEASE DONT DO IT!!!
