You can't do anything to make a destined part of your body smaller. Losing weight accounts for the whole body. For the fastest weight loss, I recommend intake 1200-1500 calories a period in small portions and jogging 5 miles a period 5 days a week. Good luck! ~Farg

Put strap-on weights on your ankles. Lie downbound on your right side, straighten your legs, and raise the left leg up and downbound for 60 seconds. Then switch. I would do that for about 10 minutes a day. ...Also, speed walking on a treadmill (or sidewalk) for 30-40 minutes a period did it for me after a pair of months it was rattling noticeable.
