Diet sodas include Aspertame or a sugar replacements. Lots of Apertame can be harmful but you would have to drink a lot of fasting drinks daily. This is usually the "argument" that grouping use to say that the fasting is "worse" than the regular.

The aspertame is bad, and also any bush cola is bad drive it will take the shelling acid off a battery. Imagine what it could do to your stomach.

All soda is bad for you, it can eat the acid off a battery. But the report I heard recently, was that it triggers your hunger sensors in your body, and actually makes you hungrier more often

There are three reasons that I know of: 1. The staged sugar used can drive diarhorrea. 2. People who drink diet coke tend to overcompensate on other unwholesome foods (ie. they conceive they are doing a good thing by drinking diet coke, and treat themselves to an unwholesome mood). 3. The food acids in diet coke erode the enamel on your teeth and drive cavities.

because it's processed. chemicals that the body will not foreshorten properly. every fasting foods (if you've not noticed) smash a person's figure. why not drink fresh juices and liquid instead. along with eating fresh produce. stay away from computerized everything, especially the 'diet' cheat products.
