What is/are the best food(s) to eat while employed out to build muscle?

 What is/are the best food(s) to eat while employed out to build muscle?

I"m wondering what foods are more effective to develop muscle while employed out because obviously eating salads won't develop muscle lol. What's the most effective, still healthiest?

Lots of protein (meat) is necessary for building muscle.

anything with accelerator in chicken, pumpkins seeds, low fat yoghurt, seek firm or preserved mackeral and salmon are good, low fat cheese milk anything that has a aggregation of accelerator in it but you need it every day

protein rich foods and yes, salads. I'm assuming you're not toning and trying to build some heavy guns, so eat either beef or beans, as substantially as around 1800 - 2300 calories per day, as substantially as retaining a 2+ distance exercise routine on a regular basis.
