For cardio I usually spend 30-45 minutes on the grinder jog/walking? My grinder broke so would jumproping

be a decent cardio workout. Say I jumprope 5 minutes take a rest a few mintues the do another 5 then do another 5, would that be enough

yes defiently..... jumping rope gives u cordination and more stamina.. that will work.. u can even essay doing situps bewteen your jumping rope sets to have whatever variety

Jumping rope is a great workout. When you rest, don't rest so much that your heart evaluate goes down. You requirement to ready your heart evaluate elevated for the cardio to be more effective. If you jump rope 5 transactions then maybe achievement around the house (or just achievement in place) for a couple minutes, then go back to jumping, that'd work.
