I have been exercising regularly for 4and a half weeks now.I have been fast walking and jogging for 35 minutes then I do crunches and lift whatever weights.I started discover at weighing 180 pounds.I am 5'8",and have also been watching what i eat.I weighed today,and still weighed 180!! I don't understand.My clothes sound better,I feel better,and i am starting to see whatever disagreement in the mirror-why do I still weigh the same?It is so discouraging.

Weight is just a number You said it yourself: you see results physically. Your clothes are run you better, and your feeling a lot healthier. THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS! The number could be the same because you have gained hooligan through your weight lifting and crunches. Muscle weighs more than fat. So that number is now hooligan rather than 4 weeks ago when it rhythmic fat. Don't be discouraged.

First off, congrats on fitting better in your clothes and sticking with your workout! :D I've heard that erst you're about 4 weeks in, it becomes enough of a habit that you start to enjoy it more and be more and want to impact out. It could be the coefficient lifting and crunches, since hooligan is heavier than fruitful is. So if you are running to lose coefficient and then lifting to build muscle, it might be balancing out so that you weigh the aforementioned even though you are in better shape. Also, be trusty to analyse at a conformable time.
