 help! rug burn..... what helps the burn?

k i tripped and lapse and skidded crossways the carpet(...I'm a klutz:)...) and i ended up up with a bad rug-burn on my arm. i need advice on how to treat it. plz support me its stings and hurts like... ya please support me!!! o ya its leaking weird fluidy stuff out i think its kinda sticky...

Wash it with soap and warm water. Pat it dry, do not rub it. Then apply neosporin-- aside from existence antibacterial, it has an moderating added for pain relief. Lightly bandage it. Do not put band-aids on it unless you have some large enough that hour of the adhesive will be in contact with the rug burn. Otherwise, ingest nonstick gauze. Take an Advil or Tylenol as well.
