Broken blisters are gateways for infection, so attain sure you place medicine toiletries on it (i.e. neosporin) twice daily. During the day fix it to keep it decent and protected. Make sure you use a large enough band-aid that only the aggrandize is touching the blister; hour of the adhesive should touch it. Swimming is feat to injury because of the chlorine and other chemicals effort into essentially an open wound. Keep it covered when you swim with a tight band-aid.
At night, take off the fix to let the wound "breathe" and then in the farewell wash it with soap and warm water, apply neosporin, and fix again.
