Full up the cup 3/4 ... i usualy fill it to the top.... the faster u want to fall asleep the mroe u should take.

I do shots of nyquil same it's whiskey. The legitimate answer is 3/4 of the prize provided with the nyquil or 2 tablets. Yes, there is an overdose warning, but it's Nyquil for god's sake. If you don't drink a bottle a night, your liver isn't feat to shut down.
