well in my case its a hot water bottle haha anyways how daylong CAN I leave it on my cervix before it becomes dangerous for whatever reasons. It doesnt defect my cervix by the way. Also, why is the reccomended instance 20 minutes? i heard it was because so that people dont defect themselves, i also heard that fluids build up at the area and hurt you, whats the real reason?

That's the WRONG thing to do, though, because the cover only narrow the muscles and making the scraped area even tighter. You should be using the heating pad because the warmth eases the muscles to behave and loosen. However, that leaves shack in between the torn tissue for fluid to build up and swell. If you bout a muscle, you don't want it looser you want ti tighter. That is when you'd use ice.
