i got my crowning fruit pierced it is the third week and the fruit came off what will this do 2 my ear?

so i meet put the earing backwards in sorry i mean the earring came off spelling error

Do you mean that the earring came discover and you put it back in? Or are you saying that part of your ear itself came off?

Clean around the earring as near to the new hole as you crapper get. It should be ok but if it starts to get red, expanded or really painful you should go to the dr. Especially if any pus comes out! You very well could have an infection.
