Here's what I got so far: Take a Tylenol. Breathe into a paper bag. Is there anything to add to this list?

Um... throw out your list. If you have aspirin- verify about 381mg of it. That's the equal of 4 baby aspirin. Chew don't just swallow it. Tylenol is not the same and will not help. You need real aspirin. Sit down. Relax. Breathe normally. Why on earth would you breathe into a paper bag? That seems more harmful than helpful. If you've been prescribed nitro verify it. Don't eat or drink anything. Wait. Keep as calm as possible. That's about all I can offer.

Well attractive tylenol and breathed into a bag are of no help whatsoever so forget that. If you conceive you are having a heart attack the prizewinning thing to do is rest calm and encounter a comfortable position. If you hit someone with you hit them collect your medications and scrutiny history information for the medics. Usually attractive an Empirin (never tylenol) because it is an medicine and may help with a clot if that is what is causing the heart attack is usually on the medics list of communication along with IV access, cardiac monitor, O2 and some cardiac medications as indicated by symptoms. EMT-Paramedic for a long time

remain calm, if you haven't titled 911, do so and say that you conceive you're having a heart attack, place down, and do nothing. The paramedics should come fairly quickly, so if you can, stay nearby your face door, or even just right if you can do so extremely easily. It would just make it easier for them to get you discover faster. Maybe forget that last one, but it's a thought.
