 How do you get disembarrass of scabs on your face?

I tripped over a branch and now I hit a colossus rat (not a scar) on my cheek. It's REALLY embarrassing and i want to get rid of it asap. Any tips?

leave it alone and it module fall soured as the skin repairs itself. use neosporin and it module ameliorate faster.
