 how long should swelling become after a bee sting?

I got stung by a bee on friday period (it's sunday now) on my pinky finger. on saturday, it began getting stiff and it swelled up and turned red. Now today the swelling is the aforementioned but i can barely move it. I haven't been stung by a bee in a daylong time so I can't remember if this is normal or not? so is it??
