If you're worried, the best thing to do is see your doctor :-)
However, the symptoms you describe sound same a viscus emptying problem. Kind of a disgusting point, I know - but have a look at what you vomit up, and take state of how long after intake you vomit. If it's more than most 2-3 hours and the vomit ease contains obvious chunks of food, you've probably got your answer. It could meet be a very temporary thing (e.g. if you did get a bit of a bug from something you ate) or the beginnings of something more long-term.
For now, stick to the liquid-type foods and rather than having regular-sized meals three nowadays a day, break it up into smaller, more frequent meals. You might also want to consider adding one of the nutritional drinks into your diet, meet to attain sure that you're effort all the nutrients that your body needs. If it persists for more than a few life longer, definitely go and see your doctor. Persistent regurgitation puts you at risk of another problems such as extraction and severe electrolyte disturbances.
I've got a severe gastroparesis and haven't been able to eat solidified food for eight months...it's not fun! Very similar to what you seem to be describing though - puffed and nauseous after eating, regurgitation up any solidified food (for me it's usually most 6-8 hours after eating), etc.
