 How do you heal a cut on the lip?

Because of the cold weather my lip unsmooth right down the middle...does anyone know what I can do to make it ameliorate faster. Its taking forever to heal...help!!!!

any kind of medicated chap stick, blistex, carmex, vaseline, etc.... Neosporin....

WHen i was little (6... im 15 now) i gave my pony a touching on the look an the raised her head up and her halter broke my wound on my lip now i still get bits shedding off and its what 9 eld later? A treatment beauticians ingest is bicarb soda with misturiser to heal that but not until the lips closed up you need to ingest vaseline xx
