I have been keeping it clean but now my finger is swollen and it's blistering compaired to my another fingers.... Anyone know why??? And don't meet surmisal I want answers please! Itwas cut from a hang nail and I meet cut it like yesterday

It depends how long it's been cute. Did you JUST cut it? Try putting some medicine on it and protect it with a bandaid.

how did you get the cut? if you revilement it on something, rusty, dirty, or if you didnt clean it within 2 hours of the revilement thats why, its infected badly.
