 Right lateral of my chest hurts, what is it?

It arbitrarily starts and stop hurting. Usually it's when I angle forward but always when I'm sitting up or lying down. I did some moderate cardio a day or two ago, but all day today nothing hurt. Now, in the evening it starts hurting. Any connection?
