Try yawning, chewing gum, swallowing, or hold your nose and near your mouth and swallow. Hope this helps you! good luck!

Spray some afrin in your nose. (spray decongestant) That will unstoppered your eustacian tube and hit the pressure in your region ear. Another help is to breathe in a clump of steam from your vaporizer.
