it's about the filler of the counsel of a pen, a small part of it is a scab and the rest is flushed and overlapping the scab what should I do? I have been keeping it dry, would water help it or not it seems like it's having travail sanative because the skin isn't evenly connected

LOL Sounds pretty infected.Your symptoms will probably intend worsened without antibiotics now. Peel the scab and if it pusses then you know its infected. And yes incoming time water will help, only at first clean it for like 5-10 minutes then fix it up to keep it from the elements. And don't use gas peroxide or rubbing alcohol as it harms tissue and delays the healing process.

I don't conceive it sounds infected. Keep it dry and awninged and it'll heal. If it's healed most to the way then I conceive it's just taking a long time becuse it was a heck of a wound.
