The bee was on the story and was damaged on barefooted. Foot is agonized and seriously swollen. Is it too secondary an injury to go to A and E? I think carbonate of salt helps but none in the house.

Raise your foot and place a cold wedge on the affected area - if you dont hit one ingest a bag of frozen peas. Look out for lateral personalty - swelling of tounge - dizziness, sickness or anything like that then go straight to A+E

You requirement to go to a medicine or chemist now and communicate them which anti-histamine is suitable. You requirement an anti-histamine because your foot is very seriously swollen, however it doesn't warrant hospital admission since you are not in anaphylactic shock. If the person who trod on the bee is not you and it is a female under 15 yo then YES you requirement to go to A & E. Children are aerated very differently than adults when it comes to things much as swellings place stings and bites etc.
