 My feet are really sore, please help!?

I have been at walking adornment since Monday, 7 hours of walking a day and it has gotten worsened and worse. It's Wednesday and my feet are in constant pain, even if I'm not walking. Any hurried fixes to last 2 more days?

well you have to ice them alot!! and manipulate them. and advert to ice them for about an hour or more im not sure but ont do it too much you could get frost bite

I'm no doctor, but, meet rest them and ice them a lot. I hope you'll feel better soon!
