 Really bad rash... Help?

My boyfriend woke up this morning with a rattling bad rash every over his back, arms, and legs. It is very itchy and the bumps are more same raised, flushed bloches. I put bactericide toiletries on it and it made the itching better but when he went to go intend a shower i noticed that the rash looked same it got worse... What might it be? What do we do to intend disembarrass of it? (I think its a reaction from our laundry detergent...)

Benedryl toiletries for the itching. If you are sure that it is an allergy to soap or whatever other chemical, verify Benedryl tablets. Keep the showers cool. Warm liquid irritates rashes.
